How to make Kiwi and Wheat Germ Smoothie in two steps:
The first step of the kiwi and wheat germ recipe is to prepare the fruit. Peel the kiwis and then squeeze the juice from the oranges.
Blend the peeled kiwi fruits, the orange juice, the wheat germ and honey in a blender or food processor for about a minute until a smooth homogeneous mixture is created. The finished smoothie can be eaten eitherl with a spoon or drunk with a thick straw.
