banana – 1 piece
oranges – 1 piece
pineapple – 1/4 of a whole fruit
cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
The first step of the recipe for this smoothie is squeezing of the orange. Once you squeeze the orange juice clean the pineapple and slice ¼ of it into chunks.
Put orange juice, pineapple pieces and peeled banana in a shaker and shake until smooth mixture. You can use a blender or food processor to prepare the mixture. Pour into glasses before serving and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Idea: If you love sweet can add a teaspoon of honey in breaking the fruit, so your troubled banana and pineapple will be both a sweet, yet there will be flavor of honey.
